No, it is totally prohibited. Passengers must be properly seated and with the seat belt on as in any other type of vehicle.

Yes, the television works at 12v which will work even if we are not connected to the electrical network. All our televisions have a USB port.
The batteries charge when they are connected to the electricity grid or by the mere fact of driving. In addition, our vehicles have a solar panel for recharging, therefore, you will not have problems of running out of batteries.
Before embarking on the trip, we show you how it works, we also provide you with enough chemical for the duration of the rental. The emptying is done in the specific locations enabled for it, which would be within the campsites or in the marked motorhome areas.
No, it is totally forbidden to transport pets in all our vehicles. Exception: Guide dogs are allowed
Before delivering each motorhome, Autocaravana Mallorca reviews, cleans and sanitizes its vehicles to leave them in perfect conditions of use and enjoy our clients. The motorhome must be returned with its interior clean, with the dirty water tanks and w.c empty and clean, except for the clean water tank that must be full.
Our policy is full to full. That means that you will receive the motorhome with a full tank and you must return it full, i.e., with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up.
Our motorhome rental prices include VAT (21%) and fully comprehensive insurance with an excess of 900.00€. The only extra payment to be made is a deposit of 900.00€ (whith credit or debit card), which is returned to the customer if the vehicle is returned in the same condition and has not suffered any damage.
Yes, if you request them, we provide them to you at no cost. While you will not need them in Mallorca, many clients rent our motorhomes to go skiing or to the Alps, so if you need them please feel free to ask us!!
